Mark 14:6 "Leave her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a beautiful thing to me."
Early in life as I tried to find my way, I decided to apply for a job as a bank teller. I'm not quite sure what possessed me to think that I would do well as a bank teller. You see, when I was in 5th grade, I had to take extra math classes over the summer break to pass into 6th grade. Nevertheless, I bravely took the plunge and passed the entrance exam and became an official bank teller.
What mattered this year is if I honestly represented my Lord and His Mission as I went about my days, if I reached out with mercy and grace, even when I’ve not been offered that same courtesy.
As Jesus said, “It is impossible that no offenses should come.” Opportunity to be offended will come, perhaps even today. The question is, what will we do when offense comes knocking?
